These terms govern your use of the HygienicPet website and app (“Service”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Who we are

HygienicPet is a reseller of pet-care products. We purchase inventory from third-party brands and suppliers and sell it to you under this site. Product names, images, and descriptions belong to their respective brand owners.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error). Prices, delivery fees, and product availability are shown at checkout and may change without notice for future orders.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Additional payment methods will be enabled as they become available — any method shown as unavailable at checkout is not currently supported, regardless of what it may say elsewhere.

Coupons and promotions

Coupon codes are subject to their stated terms (minimum order value, expiry, usage limits) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Product information

We aim for accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images, but we don’t warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Always check the physical packaging for allergen and usage information before giving any product to your pet, and consult a vet for anything health-related.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HygienicPet isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
