Delivery areas

We currently deliver only to pincodes covered by our local dark stores. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your pincode on the homepage or at checkout. We’re adding new areas regularly.

Delivery times

• Express: 10–30 minutes from order placement, for in-stock items in a serviceable area.
• Scheduled slots (today evening / tomorrow morning) are also available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and order volume can affect them. We’ll always show you the current estimate before you place your order.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that, a flat delivery fee of ₹29 applies. A minimum order value of ₹99 applies to all orders.

Order tracking

Every order gets a tracking page (linked from your order confirmation and under My Orders) showing its current status from placed through delivered.

Undeliverable orders

If we’re unable to deliver an order (wrong address, nobody available to receive it, etc.), our support team will contact you using the phone number or email on the order to arrange redelivery or a refund where applicable.
